Great place to work, IF you have good co-workers and management

Pros

Lots to learn, good place to start, high starting pay, regular raises and promotions, free food on break, semi-flexible hours.

Cons

May work more than 12 hours per day, if your co-workers and/or management are not good then it will not be a pleasant experience, very strange almost cult-like team system and problematic equipment.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, they offer a pathway ability for advancement, decent pay, solid team members, free meals after working certain amount of hours, I also like how we would ask if cx would like to donate to children's hospitals

Cons

Management is literally feared. When area managers come or we got a "visit" every manager from around the area would come to the store and make sure everyone is clean and hair is 100% pulled back or else they'd make you gel your hair down or wet it. They'd have razors and have the guys clean shave their face. Managers had a lot of "meetings" at restaurants for hours.
