Very long manager hours. Stressful too much moving around of managers that make a lead counter not want to move up.

Pay was nice. It could have been better though. It got me through high school with ease.

Cons

Management was overbearing. I did not appreciate the difficulty it was to voice yourself to management. They made it known that the crew members had less influence than anyone.
