Pros

The pros were that the hours were really flexible and I actually did enjoy working there when I first started. They offer a good pay and I had really good relationships with my coworkers.

Cons

When I worked there, I was 17, and I was illegally worked over more than 12 hours at a time on the weekends. Not to mention, I was hired at 16 dollars an hour for starting pay when in reality I was getting paid 15, so they lied about my pay too. Add on the fact that we were always understaffed (so understaffed that on multiple occasions we would have to close the lobby) , and that the expectations for panda employees, especially for a fast food place, were so high that it didn't even make sense. I can understand wanting to be clean and professional, but professional to some extent as to where you're not being screamed at just because your apron is tied wrong.

Pros

Growth potential Being able to invest others Learning how to run a successful business Culture is good if the right GM is in place.

Cons

Very long days if understaffed store Having to work kitchen helper/dishwasher while trying to keeps the store organized Disorganized leadership due to shifting managers Corporate will let bad stores run into the ground without some type of plan of helping the employees Negativity/disgruntled workers happens a lot
