      Free employee meal and drinks.

      Cons

      Cutting hours. Can not average 30hrs per week so no benefits. Trial by fire, not enough training opportunities Short shifts especially night shift but a lot of work you can get good and fast, doesn't mean they'll promote you or give you a raise people show up sick and managers does not enforce food safety expects you to be on "stand by" when they cut your hours in case someone calls out.
