      Great pay. This is really the only good thing about the job.

      Cons

      Training is bad. Especially for external managers. They openly show favoritism.

      Pros

      Great benefit package. Good base pay and bonus.

      Cons

      Long hours of work. Big boss visits often. They requires a lot of detail oriented from store cleaning to good team member. Every visit, they expect you to be in store. I have to cancel my plans just to be in store, and the boss probably would not ever show up. Small visits, big visits, surprised visits, announced visits. Pick you best team members to work on visit days, like running a show. My team get tired of it after time by time.

      Pros

      Easy to move up regardless of age, free food while working, discounted food for yourself, friends, and family, good customers, can be fast-paced

      Cons

      All 5 managers I've had in the past 3 years were terrible, there was a lot of racial discrimination in my area (at least 3 stores locally), a LOT of bad HR cases (I was sexually harassed at work one day, but at least the guy was fired for it), the company is very strict and wants you to live your life according to the Panda values, LONG hours, the schedule is posted at the last minute
