      High hourly rate, generally clean stores (depending on location), room to grow. Free food during your break.

      Cons

      Work can be challenging. especially for Back of House. Depending on sales volume of store, there is rarely any time between helping customers besides your 30 minute break

      The pay was slightly better than other options at the time. And they gave free food while on the clock

      Cons

      Always working even when there is no work to do. They would make us clean even when everything was clean just for the sake of staying busy.
