This job is one big con. The expectations, work flow, and work division amongst team members is absolutely unbalanced. Expect nonstop frantic energy, every management member watching their associates like hawks, and extreme physical work with absolutely zero appreciation from anyone to anyone. You will be treated like a robot here and not given any opportunity to speak. These people will walk up to you, make a demand, and dart away faster than you can even process. Its crazy. You will be expected as a new member to (literally) not stand still for (sometimes) the time the place opens to the time they close. You will be expected as someone who is not in a manager position to undertake every physical aspect of the job. You will be expected to have at least three things going on at all times. Not to mention after your shift you are not allowed to bring any food home for dinner, but you're expected to throw tons of it away. This place is awful. 1/10

Andrew churn makes his billions off the backs of upper management working like slaves. Only one day to half a day off per week. Full day meetings that last until 1 am. The higher up you reach, the more you spend time faking that your numbers and stores are perfect before the higher ups visit. So much time wasted on meetings that don't matter instead of focusing on your own stores.
