      Pros

      Privately owned company that truly cares about the growth of the company. Its a company that focuses highly on food safety, people development, accountability, upholding highest standard, and execution. It is a very action oriented company that will grow drastically the next few years. It has great growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The whole company is very reactive towards what the owner wants, it is not the right culture for everyone. Its not a company for those who are looking for a 9-5.

      Pros

      The employees are usually kind and very helpful when you're starting out. It teaches you time management and there's always a lot of opportunities to move upwards in the company.

      Cons

      Management is not very organized or caring, you work very long hours with very few breaks, you often don't work as a team and are left on your own.
