Pros

Good pay Medical care Discounts at theme parks Free food during breaks

Cons

If you decide to work at Panda, there goes your life. It's a very demanding job, but it had potential to be a wonderful place to work. Constant disrespect from my former manager, and working with some employees that did not seem they wanted to work, which created more work for everyone else. The job is more mental than anything else, so it's not how well you do your job, it's how much nonsense you're willing to take. Prepare to be taken advantage of by your manager if you do your job well. He or she may abuse you by giving you ridiculous hours.

Pros

The Pay is great, you get dental and health benefits after 6 months, they offer a free gym membership, etc. They treat Panda like its more than a part time job but like a place where you could turn it into a career.

Cons

Depending on who your manager is you may be getting extreme hours of 12-15 hour shifts. While you may only be physically scheduled to work at most a 9am-9pm they will try to keep you for longer after your shift. Or if they don't personally like you they may cut your hours down to almost none and not give you a reason for it, or tell you what you need improvement on.

Pros

free food,met a couple nice co-workers

Cons

10 minute breaks if you work 6 hours (most employees)or less, which doesn't give you enough time to eat or fully stretch and recuperate after running round in circles all day, poor management, unfair treatment, rude customers, improper training on how to handle angry customers, no different than other fast food chains, if you work at a panda with younger employees , be prepared for lots of he said she said and hater coworkers teaching you how to do things improperly
