      They work you to the bone

      Pros

      Free food (even though it is horribly unhealthy for you with very limited vegetarian options). They pay slightly more than minimum wage.

      Cons

      Horrible work-life balance (long hours and unpaid 30 minute required break if you work one of their 12 hour days). They take away your hours if they feel like you made a mistake (no matter how minor. example: not folding your towel a certain way when cleaning a table). You cannot sit down for hours and there is no break room to relax or nap during unpaid breaks. It is exhausting work since you are rushing around all day.

      Pros

      I love being a Panda Express GM. I get paid really good annually plus bonus. I been working for Panda Express 9 years. I love this company they treat me great and get a lot of support from ACO and team members. I have a lot of respect for Panda Express this is my career I don't regret it.

      Cons

      Just like any other job it can be over whelming , just got to know how to manage your self.
