Pay is more than minimum wage, Encouragement to progress in career, Tuition assistance (that they fail to mention), Free meal, If you ask to learn, they will teach you,

Employee reviews every 6 months (you work your butt off for a $0.50 raise), Will be sent home early if it's slow, You have to buy your own work shoes from a specific site with your own money (advice: spend more money to buy a good pair because the cheap ones wear out fast), You're constantly being called on your days off to see if you can cover for a coworker who called off, Someone called off and no one is able to cover their shift? Too bad. Their job is now also your job. And don't forget to close and properly clean the station/area or else you're going to get in trouble, Surprise visits from upper management,
