Good pay and benefits. Family oriented management team. Good friendships and networking opportunities created.
Cons
Upper management very focused on purely numbers. You're expected to be very hands on so expect to work 65+ hours but still be cooking almost everyday as well. You won't be able to focus purely as a planner because your manual labor is required to help take care of cooking, prepping, and/or serving.
