Many promotion opportunities Bonuses (based on your capabilities) 401k and Health Learning fund This position requires you to work 50-55 hrs a week (can be good or bad depending on if you want hours or not) Creates challenging environment for growth

Cons

Little freedom to immediately hire who you want Mandatory to receive phone calls from associates and supervisors 24/7 Minimal work-life balance Work on holidays PTO can be denied You spend your own pocket money to buy things for your store because you are not allowed to do "paid-outs", will have to do reimbursemet with receipt. Can get excessive sometimes, especially when you forget to submit reimbursements, so stay on top of it
