Pros

Free food during breaks is great. Seeing how happy you can make the customers by just smiling and being kind to them. Having good co-workers that make the day fly by faster and make it fun

Cons

Having rude customers that continue to be rude even after you try to reason with them. Long hours sometimes.

-Free food on breaks -Free drinks -nothing else crosses my mind

Cons

-Assisstant managers are usually lazy -Not enough training beforehand -Unreasonable expectations -Some employees & the manager talk down to you -One time I was on break and it was getting busier so the asst. manager made me work in the middle of my break. -Another time, me and the asst. manager were working the front and he left to do something during rush hour. So it was just me for a good 15 minutes with about 15-20 customers in line.

Cons

Very busy, demanding and exhausting environment, you will be standing for most of your shift and always working. The employer expects you to get 2 ten minute breaks instead of half an hour break.
