Don’t mind having a two way communication, leadership team just want you to listen and deliver the final results that they want, they don’t care about your thoughts, inputs, challenges, progress, and support needed.
There is no such thing as diversity, been on recruiting team with the leadership team, they literally make comments for moving forward candidates based on color, race, sexuality, looks and proportional weight.
