The job is easy to understand and they hire people from all walks of life if they have the need. You start with $15 an hour which in most fast food you'd have to work up to that.

Cons

No real benefits unless you somehow grow in the company. Growing in the company is not based on merit like they say on the interview it seems as if becoming friendly with the managers and adhering to their edits to company rules is what really gets you higher positions. And customers have a culture of constantly trying to extort more food from workers and it can feel threatening at times.
