      Free Meals when working 3 hours or more Good pay for the service food industry Fast paced environment which makes the day zoom by

      Cons

      Depending on your store they will cut hours at a moments notice Will always work short handed in the back As a kitchen helper I had to help the front when they became busy while the front of the house will never help the back Closing takes a long time because of being short handed Usually left work after midnight

      Good atmosphere, always moving, ability to grow within the company

      Cons

      Majority of hires are high school students they don't last very long and a good amount of times they call in sick or just don't show up. Staff is sometimes short for rush hours and days known to be busy.
