Pros

after working here for 3 years, i have realized the best thing about working here are the people. my coworkers are all amazing and have been the only reason i have lasted this long. other than the people the one other thing i would say is the pay. for it being fast food and a job you dont need much to be qualified for, they do pay you pretty well, and since almost every store around is short staffed, you are almost guaranteed to get hours.

Cons

management is terrible, expect everything to be done perfectly, dont appreciate anything that you do because it can always be better, constantly belittle you and make you feel replaceable and wont be afraid to remind you of that! show favorites, short staffed, will cut your hours over petty things, little to no raises unless you do something outstanding to "deserve" one, the list could go on. to sum everything up the management should be replaced in the whole area, including the higher ups for things to get any better. barely have any time for a social life because of the workload they put on you, they are so picky about who they hire so everyone is stuck working about 30 hours give or take even with those in school. they will promote almost anyone just for their own bonus/benefit and then blame them for not properly being trained/not putting forth the right amount of effort. any store in the whole saint louis region is terrible and i would not recommend to anybody to work at.

Good pay = Maybe that's why they don't hire more people that should be needed??? Stressful Physically demanding - prepare to stand for 11 hours, one of your shoulders will have this awful prickly pain, you will form calluses on your pretty fingers, your entire body will sore that you can't fall asleep On call or they tell you to work later than your scheduled hours

Very little hours so being paid 14 an hour made no difference Poor management and discouraging comments all the time Favoritism affected how many hours you got and how you were treated Treated poorly
