      free employee meal great starting wage

      Cons

      a lot of favoritism your wage will most likely stay really close to minimum wage as Panda won't give you a raise when minimum increases. Example: if you start at $10.00, get a raise to $10:50 after 6 months, $11:00 another 6 months. In January min. wage goes to $11.00, you'll still be at $11:00 even after working there for a year.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, lots of opportunities for promotion. Great bonus program, 401k, vacation time, flexibility on hours as long as I fulfill the 45-50hours requirements

      Cons

      High standard on cleanliness, parking lot needs to be zero gum, no weeds and cigarette butts. Which is great, don’t like dirty stores.
