      Great Pay, Poor Communication

      Pros

      This job has Great pay. The benefits are outstanding.

      Cons

      This job is Not flexible. The hours are not great, but most restaurant hours aren't (unless you serve breakfast). There is not a good balance between work and personal life. Lack of trust from upper management

      Pros

      -$9/hour starting salary -Opportunity for flexible/more hours -Free food -Co-workers/some higher staff

      Cons

      -The standards are frankly just too high. The pass/fail system is ridiculous. Give your employees some slack. -Language barrier. -Changes in schedule night before/day of -Posting schedule late -Very little positive reinforcement

      Pros

      The pay is relatively high for a fast food restaurant business, there is a lot of learning and growing involved, and responsibility is given to everyone. Only enjoyed my co-workers and ended up staying longer because they were short-staffed.

      Cons

      Tons of work and too many high expectations to meet, depending on the management in the area-management usually needs a lot of improvement, high turnover rate leading to almost always a short staff, and numerous complaining customers. Many restaurants have managers that are rarely working since they are on a salary budget.
