Pros

The pay is decent for what you are doing. If your managers and team members are all on the same page, then the work can be less intense and stressful

Cons

The pay is no longer premium like they claim it to be. Panda Express has difficulty finding the correct type of people to promote to management, and that seeps down to every level. The work can be very intense and dealing with hungry customers is rarely a pleasant experience. Even though you can build paid vacation time as a part time employee, after working there for over two years working 30-40 hours a week, I've barely built up two full days of vacation. Paid sick time is nonexistent and management will shame you into not taking days off when you're sick because they hire just barely enough employees to get by and are always trying to not go over on labor. Panda needs to increase pay or reinstate quarterly bonuses for the employees, not just management.
