Its so overwelming and stressful most of the new cooks just handel 2 weeks, i had nice hands but nopw after all thw chemicals i been ysing and all the disshes i had to wash my hand are so damach they are so strict with timing and detail if you can Handel the stress or you low you fired I don’t recommend work here if you don’t have a cold head all of this is for the cooks you have to be quick or you doom and if you work in the front, don’t worry you’ll be fine
