      Cons

      management can be tricky. There are a lot of rules and regulations not usually found in fast food.

      Pros

      Decently flexible scheduling, free food on the clock, 20% discount off the clock.

      Cons

      -Cult-like atmosphere. You’re expected to be obsessed with the company and any criticism, no matter how valid, is HIGHLY frowned upon and will get you in trouble. -Strange scolding and “shaming” in place of normal write ups (not sure if this was just my location, but it’s genuinely giving “strict parents who regularly remind you that you’re a disappointment”). -Like everywhere else in the U.S., HR does not care about you. They tell you that you can go to them to resolve conflicts, but they genuinely do nothing at all to remedy negative situations. -Absurd amounts of pressure from higher ups, resulting in stressful and negative environments.
