Good benefits such as medical, dental, 401k

Cons

The area managers make LOTS OF DEMAND, pictures, paperwork while NOT HELPING WITH THE OPERATION making it hard for the store managers and associates to do their job which resulted LOTS OF TURNOVER.

Pros

High pay (for me it was 17 dollars an hour), open communication with management, free food and drinks, great team environment, and high pace situations

Cons

Often on your own, lunch rushes can often put you in a backpedal which can be extremely stressful, cleaning is tedious and draining, certain resources such as cleaning gloves can easily break if not careful and take a long time to order a new one,

Pros

We would get bonuses but only if the store did well.

Cons

They make it as complicated as humanly possible to climb up the ladder. Upper management were mostly Asian, no diversity. Stores were incredibly understaffed.
