      Pros

      -Free meal for all employee. -20% discounts for all employees. -Good 401k. -Good opportunities if you got into a good store, if not, Goodluck.

      Cons

      -Loads of work. stressful. -No teamwork. -they give you a very low or sometimes no Raise even after you did everything. -Very low PTO hours. -No sick leave hours. -No bonus for regular employees.

      Decent wages, flexibility, room for advancement.

      Cons

      Cult like culture, inadequate leadership at store level, HR will ignore serious claims against leadership, leadership will avoid timely and fair wage increases.
