Pros

Paid 10 minute breaks, 16/hr, free food every shift, managers are usually good, company does regular checks, lots of room to rise the ranks/ easily can go to $18/hr, PTO and sick hours accumulate, 401k match rate good, if you work hard they will love you.

Cons

Corporate has high expectations, no chance to sit down, can get stressful during rushes, understaffed/high turnover for general employees, aren't supposed to accept tips, schedule can be released really late. Less job stability for people that don't care about the job.

Worked here for a few months as a side hustle. Pay was decent people were good and it was overall not bad

Not many cons, hours weren’t flexible but you would expect that.
