      Pros

      If you have a great manager and good workers they make your job way easier! Easy and mostly repetitive but once you've got the hang the shift flys by.

      Cons

      Managers usually don't respect hours if short staffed and constantly need people to come in and cover Extremely nit-picky about a lot of the stuff especially when area managers come by to do checks
