Good pay Semi consistent hours Time off always approved Opportunities for advancement Employee restroom

Cons

VERY strict, incredibly detail oriented. You have to do everything a very specific way or they make you go back and start over Has the "family" mentality, always a red flag to me ^picky about your mood, if you're not 24/7 smiling something is wrong. management asks personal and invasive questions Because there are opportunities for advancement other employees can be rude, stuck up, or standoffish.

Not worth it

Pros

You get paid sixteen dollars an hour.But that's pretty much the only pro

Cons

Inconsistent schedule, you get underpaid for the position. You actually apply for you don't actually get the position you applied for but you get the responsibilities. And management, it sucks and it tends to blame you for their mistakes.

Co-workers are great to have around, flexible managers, free food during meal breaks, pay is a good margin

Cons

Managers can sometimes be non-flexible, customers tend to hurl insults at those following company guidelines
