People are constantly quitting so you never see the same faces for a long time. A lot of work is asked from you. You essentially have to do everything from restock, take orders, serve food, and clean at the end of the day. I was part-time working full-time hours even though I asked to work less my manager would make me feel guilty or just ignore my wishes. I would work 12 hours shifts with only a 30 minute break.
