      Lack of accountability from the managers and to many workers which lessens the amount of hours you get to work.

      Pros

      The pay is good and everyone is nice. It can get really fast paced but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. You do a lot of cleaning when it's not busy but it isn't difficult and closing doesn't usually take too long if there isn't too many customers.

      Cons

      I think the only thing that is not that great is you don't really have much of a set schedule it changes every week so you don't really know what days you will be working until the end of the week but it isn't too bad once you get used to it.
