Cons

The lower management (store managers and multi-unit managers!!! The company is very proud of their "culture" however they don't know what is going on inside the stores.

Morning shift from 10am-4pm easy money and you don't have to work a very long shift.

Cons

Not able to get any overtime, 40 hours or less a week.
