Pros

-Compensation is great -Advancement potential if you are "in" (see below)

Cons

Where to start... easiest way to put it: You are working for the Chinese Communist Party. You are either "in" the party or not. If you are "in" then you will have advancement opportunities, praise and comfort. If you are "not in" you will struggle and others won't communicate with you. Leaders in this company lead with and by fear - not empathy and experience. So many people in management level roles who are not trained or ready to be people managers. There is blatant discrimination in their hiring practices (see it all in my role). Egregious agism, prejudice in decision making, and just illegal practices. I don't know how Panda isn't under more scrutiny and have to have a lot of lawsuits against them. Also, take a look at anyone in a Director Level or above in the company - it's 90% Asian or Hispanic. Communication overall is lacking between home office positions and field roles, which makes doing your job that much more difficult. They tout their "amazing culture" but if you peel back some of the layers - it's an ugly one. Do your own research before taking on a role here, unless you are just blinded by the good pay.
