Cons

Cruel treatment from management, no incentives to meet goals. When contest was won, employees got no compensation or reward for it --- manager went and bought herself a new beamer

Cons

The lower management (store managers and multi-unit managers!!! The company is very proud of their "culture" however they don't know what is going on inside the stores.

Overworked, bullied, and weirdly picked on by the manager

* enjoyed working at Panda Express itself.

Cons

* bullied by another coworker and nothing was done after bringing it up to the manager. * coworkers heavily relied on me to cover their hours. * manager refused to give over time hours. * manager picked on me more than the others, I was his favorite to go after.
