Pros

-Benefits and pay are competitive and among the best in the industry -Flexible hours and good team work environment this greatly depends on the store and its leaders - Strong values and room for personal and professional growth

Cons

-No work life balance for management. Company had to implement 9:30-9:30 for "Non-Emergency" communications. Upper management are basically required to be available at anytime. -Cookie cutter/cult like mindset for those who want to move up within the company and even then if you don't look the part there's a big disadvantage -Lots of needless meetings both virtual and in person, can be 1-4 times a week. Varies on your role -VIP/executive last minute visit happens often and it's all hands on deck. Stressful, demanding and draining

Pros

- Annual bonus and stock options for higher ups - No layoffs because turnover is high and they need you

Cons

- Slow to no growth, very hard to get promoted - Promotions are based on tenure and not performance - Super shorthanded because turnover is high - The company requires you to pay out of pocket to attend Landmark courses to be qualified for promotions. - Favoritism and nepotism. If you are related to the owners or anyone in senior management, you get special treatment - People boast about having no work-life balance
