      Some folks have an unfair advantage. As an example, if you are Asian and brought up with similar values as the Founders, they will favor you.

      Great compensation, lots of personal development resources and growth opportunities are great. I've never been around so many people that started as servers or working front line that have become millionaires. Truly deliver on the mission.

      It's not for everyone - there is a strong culture of continuous improvement.
