      Pros

      Great management, fun employees to work with, free lunch, easy to get bonuses, great for work experience!

      Cons

      It can be extremely high placed and slightly understaffed to the point where work load is exhausting and too much but overall amazing!

      - Benefits are great. Medical, Dental, and Vision is all there. 401(k)with employer 4% contribution. Annual bonus and more. -Work-life balance is perfect for family people. No more or less than 40hrs/week -Company truly promotes self-development and growth

      -Culture is very demanding. Definitely not for everyone. Must truly fit well with the culture to be able to advance your career.
