Business Outlook
Pros
The people I worked with were awesome and became good friends with many of them still after I left. Tips were pretty decent from guest usuallly above 15%. Training was pretty thorough which I liked because it made me more knowledgeable before I started working.
Cons
Management was all over the place when it comes to structure. They say one thing than mean something else. Split shifts was very common so you would bascailly be there all day at work.
