Pros

Full-time telecommuting is available, and the agreement is renewed annually. The salary is competitive, and there have been upward revisions in recent years. The team I work with is very friendly and supportive. The company offers an annual bonus based on personal and company objectives.

Cons

The negotiation with the workers' representatives is practically non-existent. The development process is poorly organized, and there is no clear methodology. The developers' opinions are not taken into account when designing new features.
