Pros

Fun depending on the team, food

Cons

They offer no benefits, they do not allow for breaks, the policy of you work until your replacement gets in is unfair and you are not paid for overtime.

Pros

It a great place to sit down in the morning and drink coffee and do a little reading or studying.

Cons

The employees are underpaid some have been there for over 5 years and still get the low holy pay of 7$ and hour. The coffee pots are so stained inside it's a wonder the coffee is still fresh. Young students are unhappy and have very little work ethic or dedication to company. The owner franchise owner does not interact or care about his employees. The employee turn over rate is ongoing average person may work a few months before burn out
