Pros

It is like working with a team/family. They work around my school schedule. I get a review every six months.

Cons

I work at a high volume store and it is very stressful. Clients can be very rude and won't tip on orders over $1000 sometimes . If they do tip it's usually only $20. It's a lot of work sucking up to corporate businesses. We have to make 30 contacts a week (marketing) and don't get paid a bonus if we reach our goal.

Pros

Flexible hours, mainly because the cafe's are so busy you need 5 managers to run them. (makes it easy to swap shifts/get days off) Decent bonus program (couple hundred bucks every 4 months if goals are met, good work-life balance.

Cons

SUPER STRESSFUL! Highest turnover of any company I've experienced, period. Extremely low pay for the expectations (hourly associates) McDonalds pays way more to 16 year old's working drive through. Policies and procedures change much too often. Makes it difficult to maintain consistency from location to location.
