Pros

Employee discount. You can take home bakery items after closing. User friendly cash register interface.

Cons

Not enough cashiers at once. Cashiers have multiple responsibilities. Not always guaranteed a break during a 7 or 8 hour shift. Steps of service are robotic.

Pros

Good Employee benefits, and great teamwork. a good college job. the food is healthy. fairly easy to get time off if you need it. The store I worked at donated all of their leftover food everyday which is amazing.

Cons

you will not get a raise at all. I worked very hard to go above and beyond for the company ( last minute shift coverage, working doubles when they asked, providing excellent customer service, etc.) and it was never rewarded by management, I left the company feeling like I had been taken advantage of.
