      Good money Catering leads ran their own schedule

      Zero work life balance no one seemed to care about consistency or quality of the product. I was pressured into slapping sandwiches together just to get them out the door. I was. Doing the work of two people. Early mornings-3 to 4 am arrival with no help delivering AND MAKING THE FOOD- packaging and loading/ unloading the order from PERSONAL vehicle. 15$ hr + .40 mile gas reimbursement + tip. If the customer doesn’t tip you- you get nothing extra.

      - free meal & snacks for each shift - free food & pastries to take home - relatively flexible hours & schedule (manager dependent) - clean working environment

      Cons

      - single 30 minute break per shift - often not able to take it due to understaffing and how busy the store is - schedule for the week is released the day before new week starts - lots of understaffing, overworking, and lack of resources - company tries to take advantage of younger workers - corporate is constantly trying to cut costs in any way they can, makes the workers and customers unhappy
