Pros

The food at Panera is great. I love their dedication to fresh ingredients. They also take food handling and safety very seriously.

Cons

Did not care for the hours. Minimum wage for entry level hourly employees.

Pros

Local, many of them ( they are willing to work with you if you want to switch locations)

Cons

Lots of drama and talking about employees (among both associates and management!), had to beg to get a raise after being there for three years

Pros

flexible scheduling, great first job, opportunity to learn how to interact with people, hard work usually leads to promotions, promotions are often from within the company

Cons

Long, demanding shifts, often no break always under staffed upper management has little regard for employees very stingy as fas as wages go covelli franchise is terrible.
