Co-workers are the best. They truly are great people and fun to work with. The food is pretty good.
Cons
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!! Except for the few good ones the management is awful. You only get 65% off during your scheduled work hours other wise it's a minuscule 20%. You don't get employee discounts at other cares. Be prepared to work long hours for no pay. They don't hire enough people so they can save money and have you do 3 jobs at once. The more you know about your job the more they will abuse you. Making you work long hours, they never let you leave at your scheduled time they always ALWAYS keep you over. Have fun asking for time off because that rarely happens. If you are sick or truly can't come into work...good luck finding a cover because they are so understaffed. Oh and good luck trying to get a raise. You could be the best of the best and you still won't get it.
