Pros

Decent discount on fresh food, free tea, coffee, and soda, meet great and diverse customers daily, learn how the company's baking process and procedures

Cons

Midnight associates work overtime every week while managers get 40 hours and under. Overnight associate shifts are longer than management. Too much unappreciated work for overnighters. Schedules are posted the day before they start. Upper management will only promote those who don't complain and don't call-off ever. No 2nd break if working 10+ hour shift. If you don't kiss a rear, you definitely won't get noticed for hard work. Management brags about bonuses.
