Pros
This is just what I've experienced at my stores location I'm not sure how it will be at yours. They will work with you being in school as long as you are a strong worker that contributes to the business model they have for your stores location. They pay more than most food related jobs. The people that I work with are like a family, a dysfunctional one, but still family.
Cons
This is just what I've experienced at my stores location I'm not sure how it will be at yours. Bosses sleeping with coworkers. My boss lies to me a lot. For example, I was told I was at the pay raise cut off, but another manger told me that I still have 2 more dollars till the cut off. If you are not one of the mangers buddies don't expect fair treatment. I had one boss talk to me about how he fantasizes about hurting people. The maturity levels of management is very low and most are very manipulative. The concept of Panera warmth has been replaced with only being concerned with speed and numbers. Management will yell at you in front of other employees and in my experience I once had things thrown at me. Management will make fun of you to other employees.
