Snobby clientele and overly expensive food, no proof of the existence of the "merit-based pay" they tout during the interview, quarterly "training sessions" are a joke (but mandatory and announced three days in advance.) My managers hired me knowing I was a student with a class schedule to abide by, but they continually schedule me too late and hold me over. Scheduling in general is a mess at this particular store.

Management treats you like CRAP! Work your butt off with no avail. get criticized for another employees laziness work so hard to never get anywhere, employee benefits are suppossed to be available 6 months with full time, I wasn't offered mine until 9 months of being employed, and I am still having to wait for open enrollment. Managers are irresponsible, little children who criticize you for things they do on a daily basis. you'll get paid less then people who are less deserving, and they will move up with the company even though you are working to the bone to do everything right, some advice? its not worth it, and it never will be.
