Pros

Young staff, fairly easy work, friendly staff, very flexible with schedules, large staff (which can be a con too) in case you need someone to cover for you, they accept you back after you quit if you are in need of a job, you can take the job anywhere you go, they let you make your own creative name tag

Cons

The pay is terrible, a lot more stressful than other jobs (restaurant jobs are always stressful however), you have to shave before every shift (if you're a guy), the work gets annoying after a while (but this is true with pretty much any job), you only get a discount before, during, or after a shift, not on a day off

Great co-workers and training

Pros

Loved my co-workers, great training program, gave me the skills and support needed to move into several higher positions. I miss the environment nearly everyday.

Cons

My location was in a more rural area, so little room for growth without transfer to another state. DM tended to try to keep good workers in their current position unless he was afraid that they would leave to save the hassle of replacement
