Great Company, mediocre job.

Pros

It is a good company. They donate bread to the needy, and they have great values.

Cons

As with most food service, the general managers, if not properly looked at by the regional manager, can be not so great to work for. At this particular location, that is no longer an issue.

Pros

Great food, even better selection, staff really does treat you with a sense of family and immediate welcoming! Comfortable atmosphere and tables are always clean and ready for you. Soothing and upbeat music make this experience even better. One thing that tops it off is not only the aroma of freshly baked bread, soup, pasta and pastries, is the presentation and taste which is supurb!

Cons

Wish it was in walking distance to my house, open the door, reach out my hand and heaven sent!

Pros

Discounts on food while you're working, getting a lot of hours, good food, friendly coworkers

Cons

Too many hours for part time, inconsistent management, not training employees, always understaffed, way too overpriced, rude customers who do not understand that the company is a fast food joint
