Pros

The restaurant gave us a substantial discount on food (65% off). There were always plenty of hours for everyone who wanted to work.

Cons

Almost no chance of becoming a shift supervisor. Definitely must become a friend of the other supervisors to have shot. When something goes wrong, whoever can take the blame except the supervisor will be blamed, even if they did over and above already. Washing dishes is dangerous and back of the house work occasionally requires lifting 40lbs. Shift supervisors verbally abuse employees and let employees talk behind each others backs.

Pros

It's a fast pace but fun work environment. You will learn a lot about how to deal with food and people. They have a good benefits and you will be able to enjoy 60% discount on your $10 purchase 30 min. before or after your schedule. They let you accept tips from customers as well.

Cons

Because it's a fast pace environment you're constantly moving. You might experience body pain sometimes and your expose of all kind of posible cuts and burns (if your not that careful) due to equipments used at the store.
